Wayne is one of Just Commercial’s dedicated and friendly property managers, holds a real estate agents licence and comes to us with over twenty-three years’ of experience in real estate, the last five years specifically in commercial and industrial property management in the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs.

Wayne was eager to join the Just Commercial property team and started with us in 2023 as a property manager. Wayne has settled in well and is happily providing service and advice to landlords, tenants and ensuring that managements in his care run smoothly.

He is known for his attention to detail, hands-on approach with maintenance issues, and diligence in dealing with problems quickly and efficiently, and looks forward to working with you to service your property management needs.

Wayne enjoys moving between being in the office or on site and understands that you often need to see what a tenant or a landlord is talking about rather than just asking for photos and sending a tradesman to fix it.

Wayne believes that to provide the best service to all clients you need to communicate openly and honestly, to take that extra step to ensure the best possible service and to offer solutions when presenting a problem.
